Suzi Simpson (born November 16, 1968) is an American model, and actress.

Born Susan Athena Singstock in Athens, Greece as the eldest of four children, she has two brothers and a sister. Her father was an officer in the U.S. Navy and her mother was a flight attendant. Always on the move, she has lived in various areas of the United States, including Maine, California and Florida.

She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January, 1992 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. In addition, she has appeared in issues of Celebrity Sleuth and in various editions of Playboy in 2000.

It is her experience with Playboy that made her realize that what she was taught about sex was incorrect; she attributes Hugh Hefner with opening up her mind and realizing that good girls could enjoy sex.
